Assistant Product Sales Manager, Cardiology Informatics
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Maintain and update the overall product business plan for Cardiology Informatics.
You are responsible for
Achieve order-in-take & sales target for CI products
Work with global BIU or local R&D to manage the product life cycle (concept, development, launch, EOL, EOS), including NPI process, launch plan, transition plan, CFDA coordinator (work with global & local Q&R), pricing (price book update, product catalog update, quarterly CTP check), etc.
Maintain and update the overall product business plan (customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, sales execution plan) on a regular basis
Drive OIT & Sales - impactful leads tracking, bi-weekly CRM funnel health & OOH checking, monthly sales cadence update; Bidding documentation preparation for impactful projects (work with ISC & modality); quotation preparation
Pre-sales level-2 support, focusing on complex project only: translates customer requirements into informatics solution design in accordance with the clinical workflow and IT strategy, and formulates proposals for informatics solutions; actively engaged in the implementation of the chosen informatics solutions when necessary, providing leadership in terms of key decisions for the success of the project
Standard selling tool, training material & project proposal template update, including competitor analysis
Show site management, IB visit, and customer stories
Explore new business model when necessary
Manage the external ecosystem (KOL, association, 3rd-party vendor) if applicable
Develop the marketing campaign (exhibition, user meeting, wechat, etc.) and promotion plan when needed, and work with marcom to ensure the execution
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or above, majored in medical related areas, hospital informatics or Information Technology, clinical background preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical and technology aspects of IT or healthcare IT, including 1~2 years of experience in or around a clinical department
Experience in defining business problems in healthcare and able to clearly articulate the customer’s needs in the form of clinical workflow and information needs
Knowledgeable in Marketing, and good command of IT knowledge
Creative & open minded
Leadership & teamwork
Very good communication skill and influential capability
Good command of English in writing and speaking
