Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • Own professional business and recommendation strategies, opportunity identification to drive dental professional recommendation and brand preference
  • Supports professional and consumer marketing with dental clinical background, have active knowledge of clinical studies and latest research including proactive suggestion of further development and updates
  • Responsible for product launch in professional channel including marcom creation, B2B channel go to market and post launch activation.
  • Develops partnerships with key associations, chambers, groups in dental sphere. Links the partnership conditions to business needs
  • Develops and maintain relationships with key leaders of the dental community including active monitoring of market KOL situation and suggestion of new contacts depending on professional marketing strategy
  • Defines product portfolio sold in DP channel
  • Develops and executes relevant DP research
  • Superior Clinical Claim Road mapping and Clinical Programs Development
  • Attainment of all profession all marketing KPI’s (ToM Awareness, Trial, MOR, Dispense, Coverage, conversion rate from trial to MoR, number of brushtested DPs/students, sales to students…)
  • Own local research with academic sphere or KOLs (topic selection, methodology development, legal, technical trainings, publishing, Q&R and BG alignment)
  • Develops and maintains advisory board/group from KOLs to feedback Philips research/materials/products/services and drive necessary topics in DP discourse
  • Develops and organizes local symposia or manages KOLs lecturing on Philips relevant topics at congresses
  • Responsible for professional PR – clinical studies, articles and adds published in relevant dental press
  • Support in creation of DP marcom materials, Consumer Marcom materials, active suggestion of possible new useful formats and updates in light of competition and DH standard development
  • Integrates cross-business professional programs and new ventures to drive growth (B2B partnerships, Insurance, Medical Chains..)

You are a part of

The Oral Healthcare Dental Professional Marketing  team within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Senior Dental Professional Marketing Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree required; Dental or medical related degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of medical marketing experience ideally in a dental environment or alternatively, in a healthcare category medical marketing (BtoBtoC) setting
  • Strong ownership and eager to win mindset
  • Good team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing project, event, and marketing budgets, or similar. Preferably experiences with product launch in HCP channel.
  • Critical thinking; Problem analysis and solving
  • Energy, adaptability, flexibility and drive
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful self-starter; willing to challenge the status quo
  • Professional maturity
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Attention to detail; solid organization & time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Ability to occasionally travel within the China
