Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Boost the business growth by strengthening the clinical science competences within SRC&HRC and enhancing company’s academic profile among external professionals. Clinical& scientific evidence creation& communication is becoming the local innovation driver for technology application and solution development.

You are responsible for

Create clinical evidence assets for products& technologies aligned with business strategies to maximize products’ values

  • Innovate on the systematic methodologies of unmet needs digging-out, collection and analysis in terms of clinical evidences from external professionals
  • Work closely with local/global product, R&D and clinical teams and utilize highly-relevant academic resources (e.g. guidelines, latest publications) to create/refine scientific and clinical evidences for product portfolios
  • Develop the customer-centric evidence service framework and explore the possibilities of becoming a professional service
  • Ensure all the evidence assets in compliance with company’s general business principles and external regulations

Lead the effective evidence communication and successful implementation in clinical programs

  • Create educational evidence assets in cooperation with KOLs to interpret the latest advances and promote in a manner of clinical marketing, e.g. online or in-class professional channels.  
  • Develop and manage the partnership with associations by proactively participating in kinds of academic activities to promote the evidences solving the clinical questions.
  • Drive the “local for global” evidence communication initiatives

Responsible for clinical and scientific support to the management of investigator initiated studies

  • Establish a methodology by working seamlessly with cross teams to identify potential investigator initiated studies in line with business product strategies
  • Assess the clinical and scientific rigorousness of the study and evaluate the business relevance
  • Ensure its compliance to company’s business principles and requirements from clinical research board, oversee the studies and draw claims from research outcomes where applicable.  

Evaluate the products and clinical programs from clinical and scientific perspectives to support new product introduction and area expansion.

You are a part of

Clinical Education team, base in Shanghai , report to Clinical Education Senior Manager

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree in epidemiology, medicine, pharmacy, biomedical engineering or other related fields. Master or above with overseas experiences is preferred.
  • Experience > 4 year
  • Travel Frequency < 25%
  • Demonstrate in-depth clinical knowledge, particularly in sleep and respiratory care; hands on experiences of using statistical tools; interpersonal skills; proficient in communication, with good grasp of English both oral and written
