In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • You will responsible for Philips Domestic Appliance future CRM strategy development and member centre & flag ship store strategy and execution.
  • Your will be responsible for consumer recruitment, engagement and loyalty program.
  • You will have the flexibility to create recruitment/consumer engagement/loyalty eco system via app/wechat/mini program, etc. Using personalized content, community, engagement benefits /reward mechanism/personalization algorithm to engage our consumers and also encourage consumers initiate actions such as search, click, sharing, purchasing, etc. 
  • You will be responsible for the sales conversion. Using JD/TMALL/ official flagship stores as platform to convert our consumers. You should unlock the sales opportunity by identify the segmentation needs and category growth drivers,  driving more cross sales/upgrade/bundle sales behaviours, applying effective promotion mechanism, testing  new mechanism such as social commerce elements, create member theme promotion.
  • Your KPIs include consumer recruitment/engagement (monthly visit back/search/sharing/member gain member, etc.)/loyalty; No. of consumers drive to sales platform (JD/TMall/ Official flagship stores) and sales (cross & upgrade & bundle sales). 

You are a part of

  • Business Marketing Combination Team, You will report to Brand Marketing Leader and collaborate with many other teams including marketing/sales/digital/ecommerce/brand teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Around 8-10 years Ecommerce /digital/ CRM experience.
  • Strong experience of various membership programs.
  • Strong business sense and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and story-telling skills, able to convince stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce operation and consumer engagement
  • Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking,
  • Strong communication and story-telling skills, able to convince stakeholders.
  • Result driven, able to delivery results with limited resources and pressure.
  • Strong leadership to make the things happen.
