In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Incoming QC and outgoing QC team management and lead production NC Investigation

    Customer complaint & Feedback Investigation

  • Ship Hold/Variance /CAPA /Consultant for validation/ Change Review.
  • EUMDR Implementation and Control from Global
  • Receiving inspection & Non-conforming activity from ISC
  • Blue Heart Project key person of implementation at IQC & OQC module

You are responsible for

  • Be responsible for and lead the customer complaint handling. And based on NC data, to involve the product quality improvement.
  • Be responsible for the incoming and final product inspection team management. Includes but not limited to create team KPI and review team member’s performance. Create and ensure necessary standards, tooling and training.
  • Be responsible for inspection daily management to meet cross function’s business need. And lead efficient communication with all functions for any non-conformance.
  • Lead the production process monitoring audit and work with production team to find the compliance gap and correct all finding in timeframe.
  • Lead and involve the customer returned parts analysis and investigation to implement corrective actions.
  • As QR representative to review the product related change and bring comments to CRB to ensure the compliance and product quality.
  • Involve production process validation and ensure the validation be compliance and improve the product quality.
  • Support to drive CAPA completion on time。
  • To complete the urgent and one time cases consigned by team, such as EUMDR, Blue Heart.
  • Lead to implement PEPF process regarding as operations Quality.

You are a part of

  • A professional site production & development quality team with international exposure.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience: More than 8 years of experience in quality management field, more than 5 years of experience in Medical device manufacturing
  • Competencies and skills:
  • Be family with quality tool of problem solving and or the CAPA/ 8D approach.
  • Be familiar with ISO13485, QSR, MDR, CGMP and MDSAP requirements.
  • Good quality engineering related tools knowledge and implementation skills.
  • Good team work spirit and communication skills.
  • Good skills of project management.
  • Good English skill.
