Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • This role is responsible for logistics service to internal customer (FSE & CS sales), to ensure all process is in accordance with PHS policy and regulation. The service rendered is to ensure smooth logistics operation in China, which includes inventory planning and warehousing management, on time parts/tools delivery and return at low cost, local purchasing and repairing, vendor management, coaching and people management.

You are responsible for

  • Accurate service parts planning for sufficient local parts stock & supply
  • Speedy parts delivery at low cost to meet customer requirement
  • Streamline import process and operation
  • Build up special part (DG/MD) parts supply chain to meet compliance requirement
  • Periodical inventory reconciliation for stock accuracy
  • Close monitor to service vendor to maintain / improve KPI & service level
  • Local sourcing, purchasing & repairing of parts/ tools to bring cost saving & higher MA
  • Logistics cost control through billing audit & RFQ etc.
  • People management for better teamwork and result

You are a part of

  • report to Sr. Logistic Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Collage or above, major in Logistics, Economics or Engineering related
  • Solid Knowledge in logistics & supply chain (planning & safety stock setup)
  • Clear, careful and logic thinking
  • Demonstrated ability in SAP and strong analytic capability
  • Good communication & coordination skill
  • Ability to handle multi tasks
  • Good English in reading, writing and speaking
  • Willing to learn and take responsibility
  • Self motivation and self management
