Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Develop strong technical skills to be responsible for the product integration and test lab management within the CT product development process.

You are responsible for

  • Preparing systems and environment for R&D integration, verification and validation testing.
  • Maintain testing system configurations, and ensure meeting running project needs;
  • Act as the test bays owner for CT products, ensure their condition and performance meeting R&D purpose;
  • First response to address failures and problems in the systems and bays.
  • Monitor safety and daily activities of the engineering bay users.
  • Own the routine maintenance of R&D material, tools, and equipment, ensure they are in valid status via third party calibrations;
  • Responsible for the CT R&D EHS and 6S activities, act as the owner on EHS/6S audits and improvements;
  • Manage of material warehouse for CT R&D, ensure they are well managed for check-in and check-out;
  • Support R&D engineer on performing of certain test activities;
  • Support R&D engineer on material ordering, etc.

You are a part of

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Engineering Excellence Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or above Degree in Engineering, the better major in electrical engineering, electronic engineering or computer science
  • At least 3 years’ experience in product’s service engineering position or production systems-integration experience
  • Medical products especially CT Product’ experience is much preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with different functions, e.g. Project Manager, V&V, Platform Design Engineer, etc.
  • Technical experience with the different Philips CT products is much preferred.
  • Ability with CT product’s troubleshooting is much preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal)
