In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • As a Consumer Operation Manager, you will responsible for Philips Personal Health Alibaba-Tmall in-store consumer operation of Philips Tmall platform including design consumer in-store experience, optimize user experience, manage store member and products Rating & Reviews, also involved in store promoter training and deal with consumer care of after sale service.
  • This job scope covers consumer prospects generation and management, develop and execute Tmall in-store operational excellence program, Personal health CRM programs and 3rd party collaboration, new retail and consumer decision journey mechanisms.
  • Take champion role to develop and deliver world class consumer experience journey and test the effectiveness of various marketing mechanisms and develop Philips best practices of in-store excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing Philips consumer operation program to uplift the total consumer experience, which including including design consumer in-store experience, optimize user experience, store member and product rating & reviews management, also involved in store promoter training and deal with consumer care of after saleservice.
  • Initiate new idea and test new concept to uplift the consumer engagement and develop consumer activation plan.
  • Work with CRM/Business Marketing/Data team to develop consumer annual recruitment plan, and lead consumer recruitment strategy planning, plan and conduct consumer lifecycle management, improve the consumer retention, loyalty and sales conversion.
  • Develop and execute monthly consumer activation, monitor the progress and evaluate the performance.
  • Tracking and review the progress and continually improve consumer shopping experience, based on segmentation needs, develop and execute personalization communication matrix (who/when/where/what/How) to engage our consumers.
  • Demonstrate a combined expertise of digital & consumer insights & ecommerce operation & content marketing.
  • Leverage category insights & trend to create effective consumer engagement and high-quality activation programs, analyse and define the category and segmentations growth drivers and opportunities.
  • Conduct daily management, monthly store level review and related data analysis.
  • Support commercial team achieve sales target from consumer standpoint of view.
  • Partner up with many stakeholders (BMC/Consumer marketing/Consumer Care/TP store/Agency, etc.) to plan and execute the consumer operation program and cross category project.

Stakeholders: External: Alibaba Xiao’er, Tmall TP store, Business Marketing Combination team, Sales team/Data team, Consumer Marketing team,External agencies

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 6-8 years of prior experience in Ecommerce / Digital marketing area, with proven experience in managing consumer operation projects from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results, from leading to supervising the execution.
  • Strong business sense and ecommerce operation skills, able to generate the insights and translate it to business actions.
  • Knowledge of digital, Early adopter of various digital applications and always link the trends with consumer activation. 
  • Middle to high level experience on data analysis and reporting.
  • Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking.
  • Result driven, able to delivery results with limited resources and high pressure.
  • Proactive, good team work spirit with consumer centricity mindset and entrepreneurship to make the things happen.
  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field, along with a proven track record of success.
  • English communication skills of both writing and oral speaking.
