Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Act as Finance Business Partner to support Multimodality Plant Operations
  • Co-manage the BU/Category, function, industry operations or innovation portfolio and support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.)

You are responsible for

  • Drive and execute organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan as well as an understanding of market share and competitive position.
  • Monitor the financial position of the Business, Function, Industry operations or Innovation activities. Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).
  • Coordinate and lead the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis.
  • Conduct investment business case reviews (e.g. marketing programs, R&D expenses, Capex)
  • Manage relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial control
  • Business integrity: adherence to FCPA, GBP, revenue recognition. Monitors and controls functional processes and their execution for ICS/SOX compliance. Maintains proper financial documentation
  • In case of acquisitions: Oversee financial integration and drive acquisition toward attainment of ROIC goals as identified in the RFA.

You are a part of

A professional Finance team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to Site Finance Controller.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA is preferred, GB/BB certified preferred
  • 10+ years working experience in Finance and Accounting field at Mfg. Industry
  • 5+ years working experience in costing, factory controlling etc.
  • SAP master required
  • Minimum 5 years people management experience
  • Be able to handle tough situation and deliver bad news, skillful on negotiation
  • Good at communication and presentation towards difference stakeholders
  • Good English and Chinese speaking & writing is required
