You are responsible for

  • Work with Head of Talent Acquisition to manage the development of the strategic and operational talent management plans and execute plans, execute recruiting strategy, policies, protocols and procedures.
  • Partner with business HR managers / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes that deliver on the talent needs.
  • Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process.
  • Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position.
  • Conduct periodic processes, systems, and benchmark reviews to identify areas of both strength and improvement.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate effective, innovative and high quality internal referral program to attract qualified candidates based on the business need of the organization.
  • Build relationships with universities, HR service providers and recruitment websites.
  • Develop various recruitment channels throughout China and international to meet the fast-paced business needs.
  • In conjunction with the business HR managers, be responsible for the resourcing and monitoring of internal transfer on an international/local level.

You are a part of

Greater China Talent Acquisition team, reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition.This position is responsible for driving the talent acquisition and pipeline development efforts for Philips China Personal Health Business through creative and effective resourcing interventions and branding.

  • He/she will have demonstrated the competency to be an effective leader to coordinate with business leaders, business HR managers.
  • In addition, he/she will demonstrate effective leadership of recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant, cost effective, customer focused and aligned with company’s strategic business direction and aligned strategy.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Working experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronic MNC would be preferred.
  • 6+ years focus in recruitment.
  • Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading, and directing teams to achieve results.
  • Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
  • High level of customer focus and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English.
