Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the BM&S(Business Marketing & Sales) team for IGT(Image Guided Therapy).  This role supports management and team members through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication; is knowledgeable of concepts, practices, and procedures; communicates effectively via phone and email, and delivers high quality results in a timely manner.

You are responsible for

  • Provide administrative support,  including but not limited to:
    • Meeting arrangement with global and Greater China Management Teams.
    • Maintaining supplies inventory, anticipating needs to ensure the team is fully functional
    • Procuring necessary computer hardware and peripherals as needed, assisting users with basic set-up
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting any daily operating issues
    • Coordinating department moves and preparation of work spaces
    • Tracking and recording all department equipment.
  • Provide support for key projects: data collection and consolidation, performance management…
  • Perform all on-boarding activities for team new hire.
  • Possess extensive knowledge in departmental systems and tools
  • Create and maintain departmental procedures
  • Proven ability to work with business partners; streamlining processes and creating cross-functional partnerships
  • Manage increasingly competing priorities and deadlines, providing outstanding support to our internal partners
  • Seek out opportunities to challenge yourself and others; finding new ways to positively affect the team, the customer, and the business

You are a part of

Greater China BM&S IGT team, based in Beijing.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative team support
  • Passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced working environment.
