Professional Services is a key component of that Solution transformation and supports healthcare providers to achieve the quadruple aim and the Professional Services Online Education Portfolio Manager role is responsible for maintaining and developing the digital education strategies and promoting high quality education. Close professional relationship with the business to ensure quality control, develop and deliver the wider online educational offering and for supporting faculties.

Meanwhile, driving the new Services around to improve clinical and technical knowledge of hospital staff leading to better equipment usage and workflows.

In this role you will lead the E2E approach with businesses and markets to grow our education business of professional services.

You are responsible for

  • Orchestrating service development aligned with business and market requirements
  • Developing and maintaining packages within or across service category
  • Align professional education digital strategy with business and meet local needs.
  • Enable and implement online education strategies to speed up coverage.
  • Innovation in exploring and building multi-point learning through efficient and innovative interactive models, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of online education.
  • Lead developing online education operation to improve the operational efficiency of education and learning experience of HCPs.
  • Building multi-point learning offering and channel.
  • Build strategic partnership with faculties, medical association and society. To provide a collaboration digital platform with faculties for engagement & development.

You will be part of the Professional Services team, Philips China.

Our team is focused not only on the products we can deliver, but the services around these products that will change how Philips deals with its customers. We have a functional team with a variety of colleagues from different cultures that is eager to deliver excellent results.

You will report to leader of Professional Services Online Education Management team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior medical education role
  • Knowledge of management structures in medical education and awareness in the delivery of medical education, nationally and locally.
  • Interest & enthusiasm for improving delivery of training through new technology and Continuing Professional Development
  • Effective leadership & communication skills. Motivating and developing others. Approachability.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of delivering well evaluated teaching sessions/tutorials.
  • Agility & Innovation In action
  • Ability to manage change
  • Ability to meet the travel requirements
  • Having a product marketing, consulting experiences are advantageous.
  • Travel Frequency: approximately at 25%
