Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

Lead omni-channel CRM loyalty program and operation for PH China.

  • Design and launch PH China loyalty program cross channel and category.
  • Consumer centric operation based on loyalty program to maximize member lifetime value.
  • Review and optimize loyalty program to continually improve performance.

Consumer recruitment

  • Work with BG/Marketing/sales team/recruitment teams to develop consumer annual recruitment.
  • Lead consumer recruitment strategy planning, work with cross function to ensure recruitment.

Consumer engagement

  • Develop consumer engagement plan together with loyalty program.
  • Leverage BG/Marketing/sales team/digital resources and assets to engage with consumers.
  • Work with CRM engagement team to execute the engagement program and maximize member experience.

Consumer activation

  • Work with BMC/BCC to develop consumer activation plan.

  • Leverage internal and BG/marketing/sales team/digital resources and assets to convert consumers.
  • Track and review the progress and continually improve performance.

Be the CRM key contact window to work with BMC/BCC

  • Align program calendar and communication strategies with branding and marking team, regularly communicate with BMC/BCC.
  • Be the consumer expert to participate business planning and reviewing meeting.
  • Support BMC to implement activities such as new product launch, seasonal promotion from member perspectives.

Business innovator

  • Lead Business innovation such as private community operation.
  • Monitor and share member/category/industry trend and insight.
  • Initiate new ideas and test new concept to uplift the CRM performance and DTC sales.

You are a part of

You will report to CRM Director and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing Manager, Digital marketing, PR, E-trade Marketing etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or above, at least 10 years working experience in CRM and consumer marketing, Cosmetics, FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Around 7+ years CRM / loyalty & reward system development / member operation experience.
  • Experience of Omni-channel (Tmall/JD/offline) CRM and reward system is a must.
  • Excellent consumer centric approach, business mind set and data analysis; Good English skills.
  • Strong communication skills and project management capability.
  • Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking.
  • Result driven, be able to deliver results with limited resource and pressure.
  • Strong leadership, working with enthusiasm and self-motivated.
