We challenge you to be a Finance Lead Greater China, DA.. This person will participate with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives, and makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters, to ensure financially sound decision making by participating in Greater China DA Market team to deliver meaningful interpretation and decision support.

You are responsible for

• Participate in market MT and drive strategy development and financially sound business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modeling and portfolio management
• Ensure correct and timely statutory and fiscal reporting, sign off the financials of the commercial organization (ORU). Ensure strong and efficient internal control environment
• Drive financial performance (P&L and BS resp., Mkt. share, growth & profitability)
• Ensure divestments / investments and M&A transactions in the country/market, including disentanglement / integration
• Ensure efficient infrastructure and processes are in place
• Manage and develop the finance organization (incl. HR responsibility)
• Responsible for the strategic and operational planning process. Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, (turnkey) project assessments and supportive in financing solutions.
• Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans. Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. marcom spend).
• Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues. Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in cooperate with Legal & HR.

You are a part of

The new Domestic Appliances Markets Finance team led by Rogier Peters. This team will be responsible for the finance function in the markets, with focus on being a business partner for the Market leader and the Market MT, ensuring financially sound (strategic) decision making and driving financial performance (P&L and balance sheet accountability). To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years with solid finance business partner experience in FMCG, Healthcare or High-tech industry.
• University degree in relevant field (business, finance, accounting, economics); MBA background and oversea experience is a plus.
• Balanced financial experience, including FP&A, A&IC, and prior business decision support; knowledge of FCPA, GBP
• Strong business orientation – ability to understand and explain business results and translate into financial consequences.
• Experience in M&A (valuation, due diligence, integration, and disentanglement) is a plus
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to represent the company in front of customers, industry organizations.
