In this role, you have the opportunity to

In this role you will be part of the Learning Team in GBS-Suzhou, and as a Learning Assistant you are also part of the global project management team for TEDS (our training administration system) across all the hubs. You will manage the timely administration, tracking and reporting of TEDS training across Global GBS hub. You will support the super user and L&D leads in driving the execution and completion of training at each GBS hub. This role is key to making sure we pass internal and external audits.

You are responsible for

Context:

  • The role will be part of the GBS L&D organization
  • Suitable for flexible work hours and working from home
  • Collaboration across borders and cultures

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create external user accounts: i.e. Contractors, Interns, Fixed Term Employees, etc.
  • Assign and remove training
  • Maintain and manage regulatory training needs and requirements for GBS
  • Ensure employees and management know how to use TEDS 
  • First level of troubleshooting for GBS users
  • Monitor training compliance KPI metrics and communicate results to management
  • Provide training reports in support of Internal or External Audits
  • First point of contact for GBS TEDS superuser 
  • Collaborating with GBS TEDS superuser in maintaining a Training System Administrator (TSA) or Training Coordinator (TC) network to support GBS
  • Out of hours working hours will be required sometimes but not on a daily basis.

  • Helping organize events related to training 

  • Reports on training completion

  • Develop your skills learning about Lean, project management, learning design and delivery 

  • Run meetings / presentations, conducting training

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 2+ Year experience in data management & reporting
  • Careful and precise, with attention to detail
  • You need to be highly organized and a brilliant communicator
  • Customer oriented
  • Passionate about learning
  • Experience of using IT based records management/database systems including accurate data inputting
  • Good office based admin skills, ideally in an HR / L&D environment 
  • Ability to work on your own initiative & connecting with global stakeholders 
  • Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times 
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, MS Teams 
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail    
  • High level of integrity and ability to recognise and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements  
  • Good knowledge or experience with E-learning platform is a plus, good at visual /data reporting ,and have a good sense on content making and promotion.
