Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, Male Grooming
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of People in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;
You are responsible for
Develops L4L product and marketing propositions for China
Builds market analysis and business cases for each proposition
Supports the creation of the insights, claims, competitive analysis and commercial requirements for product propositions, supports the product development process
Owns the development of selected derivative products, marketing propositions, and online initiatives
Works with the cross-functional matrix to drive product and marketing proposition development and deployment (I&D, Design, Quality, Supply, Marcom)
Drives consumer and market insights for the category
Proposes, analyzes, summarizes, and categorize consumer research to drive insights
Collects market and shopper insights
Drives the China go to market approach and deployment downstream
Analyzes key needs to successfully launch product and marketing propositions
Creates pre-trade presentations and supports product launches
Drives category/categories online excellence and selected online projects
You are a part of
Male Grooming marketing team and collaborate with many other teams including Digital marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
9+ years of professional business experience, specialized in upstream marketing capabilities.
Able to understand how to translate consumer needs into value proposition development and support in go-to- market strategy setting.
Experience in projects ownership and driving the full product development chain co-working with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams (I&D, Design, Supply, Marcom etc.)
Seniority to drive projects independently
Domain knowledge, specializes in Male Grooming / Skincare
Strong learning ability and inter-personal communication skill
Fluent English & Mandarin
