In this role, you have the opportunity to
ensure a communication planning approach that enables your projects to drive both brand preference and commercial performance KPIs, balancing new proposition introductions from the Philips Domestic Appliances portfolio with a program of content that engages beyond the purchasing journey.
You are responsible for
•Manage the day to day development of marketing initiatives and execution – developing creation briefs, and responsible for creation across paid, owned and earned touchpoints.
•Understand and act on the main drivers for campaign effectiveness with a focus on longer term (brand preference) and shorter term (activation) performance.
•Work with Audience Strategy Lead (where needed) to write inspiring briefs and briefings for agencies and internal teams on global creation needs
•Collaborate with key markets to ‘raise the bar’ - developing ‘Winning’ 360° go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
•Develop strong partnerships with the global creation and production agencies.
•Drive and share learnings to replicate and scale best practices and impact.
•Inspire stakeholders across the business to support consumer driven creativity and a ‘test and learn’ approach.
•Stay on top of consumer and market place trends to drive innovative communication with digital and D2C focus
•Partner with the Production and Operations teams to ensure effective delivery against the Domestic Appliances roadmap
•Represent an entrepreneurial approach with a passion for the new and previously untested as well as delivering core requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
•4 years of international marketing experience, developing creative and effective consumer campaigns
•Marketing for a digital world – mobile first thinking with experience in D2C or digital marketing
•Strong project and stakeholder management and a true team player
•Able to develop concise insight lead briefs, with good creative evaluation and ability to evolve powerful global ideas for 360 execution.
•Strong understanding of consumer and media trends to define and develop campaigns across the right ecosystem
•Passionate about the opportunity for doing innovative communication, an enabler for fresh concepts and new ideas
•Good understanding of the on and offline retail landscape to ensure effective partnership with markets and Activation team across Shopper touchpoints.
•BA / Master degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
