In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive and develop Local digital hub Strategy and planning and drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered.

You are responsible for

  • Capabilities: · Results-driven and process focused with problem-solving mindset and decision-making abilities · Ability to balance aesthetics/creativity with business acumen, to land from digital activation to business results
  • Proven Records: (need to be explored in-depth in interviews) · Successful projects related to DMP (Data-marketing-platform) building, Social-CRM set up, Private traffic close-end loop creation (私域流量闭环营销), holistic digital media planning especially on performance marketing (品效合一的 绩效营销) · Effective results (eROI) + brand preference from previous digital campaign/ activation · A good plus if have previous D2C digital platform set-up showcase
  •  Leadership: · 创新思维,数字化驱动:Create and promote a culture of testing, innovation, and data driven decision making approach · 沟通影响力:A good and influential communicator to collaborate efficiently with cross functions, agencies and HQ related teams · 终身学习拥抱成长:A growth-minded person that inspires within his/her own team and beyond for a “student for

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing role with a proven track record on delivering top- and bottom-line business results. 
  • Personality: · A good mix of an artist & a scientist in personality nature - Artist meaning a good passion for digital-specific creativity & content creation, Scientist meaning a strong data-driven growth mindset.
  • Experience: · At least 10+ years digital marketing experience in related field of consumer goods with strong digital thought-leadership, either from top influential brands or rising star young brands with proven strong momentum of growth, and/or leading digital marketing agen
  • A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, who is a quick decision-maker.
  • An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders and agency partners. 
  • An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long term tasks/priorities and stress resistant.
  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically;
  • Experience with marketing activation, and strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights. Is able to demonstrate understanding of digital landscape and multi-channel environment.
