Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Be responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy and works with the Business to ensure very good New Product Introductions and Launches.
  • Support the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the Business, especially the BMC process. The BMM also supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one-point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.

You are responsible for

  • Leading development of multi-year plans for the business
  • Driving the Business specific execution of the TC Marketing Plan aligning with BMC plans
  • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in creating the TC Marketing Plan for the Market by providing business specific customer Insights and the global business Strategy
  • Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions)
  • Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the product development phase and localizing it for the market
  • Drivin local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis
  • Creating localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with functional teams.
  • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Supporting Head of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects
  • Being a role model living on Philips General Business Principle; exercise personal leadership to drive utmost compliance and integrity standards for my team, with zero tolerance. Supervise the team’s conduct in daily business and take all efforts to ensure my team’s compliance behavior.

You are a part of

Philips Connectd Care team, developing marketing plan to grow highly prospective Connected Care business in China.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree above
  • 6 years above experience of product management or marketing in international medical company or local Medical IT Company.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-section contact parts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.
