Achieve business results and realize an optimal client experience overall. His/Her key responsibilities are separated into Planning and Enablement, and will be measured by Professional Services team’s overall financial performance. 

The Professional Services Delivery Enablement Manager is at the center of the delivery management and is responsible for the delivery side of Philips Order 2 Cash phase. This role works hand in hand with almost all functions internally and other external functions such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, etc. to ensure all business stakeholders owners are aligned, and operations deliverables are met. 

You are responsible for


  • Coordinate and maintains highly accurate forecasts for project delivery and revenue recognition against AOP at order level and service line level.
  • Collaborate with delivery workforce nationwide and lead the regular delivery team Order On Hand review meeting which in turn generate sales forecast for business management team.
  • Design, orchestrate, analyze delivery performance review and pin-point obstacles that delay the revenue recognition process and drive improvement initiatives to further optimize the delivery efficiency.
  • Revenue and profit maximization – Identify and drive revenue, margin and cost optimization opportunities. 
  •  Optimize financial performance through collaboration, analysis, process improvement and strategy development. 


  • Monitor delivery team utilization performance and produce related analysis by accessing and managing Philips Professional Services Automation platform which delivery workforce interacts on daily basis as effort demand and supply management central hub. Support delivery workforce’s time writing and approval process.
  • Ensure timely execution of follow-up actions from Professional Services Delivery leader.
  • Resources management – delivery team headcount planning.
  • Execution and control – Identify gaps and corrective actions, escalate issues for early resolution. 
  • Ensure corporate process compliance. 
  • Address data inconsistencies. 

You are a part of

Philips Professional Services organization, within the Program and Enablement team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Solid understanding of business management, financial P/L concepts, understanding of services business, especially IT services business. 
  • Must be an individual with positive Can-Do attitude. Assertive, organized and reliable. Passion for problem solving and compliance.
  • Analytical thinking, very process oriented, execution and results driven.
  • Strong data analytic skills, must be very strong at data manipulation tool level, i.e. Excel, Power Query, VBA, Power BI or similar tools and platforms. Ability to develop Power Suite application or workflow automation will be a distinguished plus.
  • Proven track record in managing large, virtual teams, influential, able to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity with confidence and logic resolution.
  • 8 to 12 years’ experience in services business management. 
  • Ability to handle and manage high volume of work, produce associated deliverables within short deadlines, work within a complex governance structure. 
  • Fluency in Chinese and English - both written and spoken. 
  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance; MBA or CPA certification is definitely a plus.
