Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of men in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • Launching a dental whitening portfolio, ensuring that buy-in and contributions are secured from relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop activation plan for both Consumer and DP, including media planning, content/KOL/KOC marketing, livestreaming, promotions and offline activities. Work closely together with BCC teams (business customer combination) to ensure that all ATL and BTL activities are aligned.
  • Campaign planning: define the objectives, target audience, budget, and KPIs. Create all key touchpoints in time before campaign start and lead the process of connecting the dots in the ecosystem. Review results of the campaign on a weekly basis with key stakeholders and take corrective actions to improve results / ROI.
  • Asset creation & localization: provide requirements to global asset team to ensure that assets (e.g. videos, photography) for new launches are created that are locally relevant and satisfy the needs of key touchpoints in China, localize global asset toolkits and brief the creation of additional local assets. Review all assets and ensure they have been properly translated, checked by the legal department and in line with the global brand guidelines.
  • Building and managing an innovative product portfolio, which includes ownership of the market introduction process for the category
  • Leading execution of dental whitening B2C marketing activation plan, ensuring consumer insights-driven activations across all touchpoints in the consumer decision journey
  • Establish good relationships with key stakeholders including customers, e-trade, sales, finance, procurement, global & local creation teams and external agencies
  • Always act with integrity and follow the Philips Global Business Principles.

You are a part of

You will report to the Oral Health Care professional team Leader and collaborate with many other teams including Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Business-related degree or medical degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing management and/or business development in the consumer health or beauty industry
  • Knowledge and experience in medical, pharmaceuticals, consumer health, or beauty
  • Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM and e-commerce. Is able to demonstrate understanding
  • An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders and agency partners. g of digital landscape and multi-channel environment. 
  • Evidence of strong project management skills
  • Strong ownership and logical thinking
  • Fluency in written/spoken English and Mandarin
