Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Provide commercial documents support to sales team during bidding process, timely and accurately, no avoidable commercial failure;
  • Provide valuable analysis and advise on periodical bidding results to support appropriate business decision;

You are responsible for

  • Provide commercial documents support to sales team during bidding process, timely and accurately, no avoidable commercial failure;
  • Provide valuable analysis and advise on periodical bidding results to support appropriate business decision;
  • Issue bidding authorizations under appropriate internal control; routine policy and process training to sales team, and ensure no sales over commitment;
  • Provide commercial support to distributors when necessary;
  • Central file bid win notice and bid win documents, also as OIT reference;
  • Contribute good idea to improve bidding operations;
  • Update team regarding involved licenses;
  • Support E-commercial to ensure easily use without adding both bidding and OIT lead time;
  • Pay bid win fee, commission fee as sales requested, meet policy.

You are a part of

Commercial Operation Team, Health system Great China, reporting to Commercial Operation Leader who base in Shanghai.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Strategic and logical thinking
  • Familiar with business management process and related matters needing attention, good at business contact, familiar with bidding management.
  • Strong business acumen and sensitive to data, strong data analytics capability.
  • At least 3 years working experience in business management related field.
  • Detail focusing, insist on patience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong presentation and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Coordination skill & project management skill is required.
  • Good working attitude, willingness to learn.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 year+ business experience in operation or finance or equivalent position.
  • Communications skills, analytical skills, bidding knowledge and PC application software skill.
  • Strong business sense.
  • Able to work independently under pressure.
  • Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
