Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Implement Ultrasound solution business strategy, promote solution internal & external.
  • Work directly with Ultrasound sales and product marketing functions to ensure solution can be highlighted to meet the needs for the local customers.
  • Convert clinical requirement to IT solution.

You are responsible for

  • Identifying solution growth opportunities which are aligned with Ultrasound strategies and Cluster Market strategies
  • Working directly with Ultrasound Sales and product marketing functions to ensure solution can be highlighted to meet the needs for the local customers.
  • Ultrasound Solution Proposal and selling tools enhancement and conduct training to Sales and Partner in order to build solution Capability
  • Developing business requirements for new solution and enhancements to existing Ultrasound products;
  • Proposing and negotiate business models, T&C of partnership agreements under guidance of key stakeholders.
  • Conducting customer solution presentations, solution KOL relationship management.

You are a part of

Philips Ultrasound solution team, report to Solution Marketing Leader who base in Beijing.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 5 years’ work experience, including 3+ product sales experience in medical industry (medical device, equipment etc.), prefer clinical solution consulting experience,
  • Knowledgeable in Marketing, and good command of IT knowledge;
  • Creative & open minded;
  • Very good communication skill and influential capability;
