Senior Activation Manager, Air

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to participate in improving people’s life and turn Houses to Homes

You are responsible for

1, Lead Air activation plan development and execution, and connect with stakeholders (BCC/Channel marketing/MI&A) with the latest performance and insight delivery on activated touch points

2, Understand consumer decision journey and China media environment, develop E2E activation plan for Air business growth

3, Develop and automate the tracking functionality, campaign DMP, ensure accurate and quality of data captured, continuous improvement with agencies on data gathering solutions and data processing flows to automate reporting

4, Address business challenges and articulate the data insights with business situation, to align data driven conclusions and optimization actions with stakeholders on activation, including digital media touch points, Creative content and EC ROI

5. Be the performance eyes and ears for Air business activity with a voracious focus on continuous performance improvement to the Activation

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 8+ years of activation, 5+ years digital experience in B2C industry, marketing/communication background is preferred
  • Strong data analysis skill and good digital innovation mindset
  • Knowledge of China media and data tools like Databank, Jiushufang & Alimama, understand data availability and data tracking solutions
  • Track record on media optimization and EC growth with data insights
  • Ability to think from business and sales perspective, team player, communication & organizational skills
  • Fluent English & Mandarin
