Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

Overall Philips Avent brand marketing activities from planning to execution, leading a full scope of media planning, offline display and omini-channel activations.

  • Owns and defines Avent brand propositions and communication strategy to drive brand preference
  • Owns category activation budget for the category
  • Define and implement clear communication strategy and activation plans in all touch points, includes not limited to Media planning, digital, BTLs and MBS partners omini-channel activation to support sales team sales realization
  • Lead campaign, social and other activation development, and track/optimization
  • Drive channel account team planning and execution
  • Closely work with product marketing team to drive execution of NPIs success in accounts
  • Responsible for KPIs in terms of organic and in-organic traffic, media efficiency, SOV and brand preference.
  • Manage & coach and improve capability of his/her activation team

You are a part of

The Mother and Child Care Business Unit from  Philips Personal Health. You will report to business leader and collaborate with many other members within BU, and central consumer marketing team including, Digital marketing, PR, Philips healthy lab, assets, Finance, etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing activations ( media planning, seeding, branding, campaigns, and PR) preferred from mother & Child, food or beverage,  luxury goods.
  • Agency background is preferred, with strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights.
  • Ability to understand business principles, and drive realization of activations to support business financial
  • A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, who is a quick decision-maker.
  • An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders and agency partners. 
  • An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long term tasks/priorities and stress resistant.
  • Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others;
  • At least 2 years of proven track record in leading and developing teams
  • Excellent fluency in written/spoken Chinese and English.
