Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Play a vital role in the Radiology Informatics Solution creation and delivery to our customers as well as enhancement of radiology solution portfolio, resulting in boosting revenue growth in Philips’s radiology informatics solution.

You will be heavily engaged and provide pre-sales support in pilot and first of kind implementation. You will take lead in value preposition confirmation (including business case) support solution integration and development, and also involve in solution portfolio design definition.

You are responsible for

  • Solution portfolio design and definition
  • Serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution creation and integration to provide a smooth, effective and successful implementation of radiology informatics solution, provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on solution products to clients
  • Value preposition confirmation (including business case): develop radiology informatics marketing and e-trade marketing plan, market/competition trends and overall campaign strategy and plan, within the context of global business group and China radiology informatics strategy
  • Engagement & pre-sales support: investigate, analyze, solve solution problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to accommodate clients' needs
  • Conduct workflow analysis and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions
  • Guide customers in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions

You are a part of

Market solution center. You will report to Solution Business Leader, Radiology Informatics. You will work seamlessly with commercial development team, technical team and professional services.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree in medical imaging
  • At least 5+ years working experience in hospital as radiologist or clinical experience in corporate
  • Knowledge of medical information systems, especially clinical information systems such as imaging systems, medical information systems such as RIS/PACS, imaging systems
  • Strong communication skills (clinical and technical) and teamwork spirit
  • Can create trust, build and maintain collaborate working relationships, connect and inspire
  • Strong problem-solving capability and business orientation
  • Strong learning agility
