Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Design and develop program, plan and monitor rewards delivery to ensure that the total rewards offered to employees are in line with market benchmarks & performance. This role will cover a China market, and is reporting into the Head of Rewards, Greater China, ASEAN Pacific and Japan

You are responsible for

  • Strategic partner to the Management team and key stakeholder on Rewards topics.
  • Fully responsible for roll out and execution of processes in line with rewards policies, practice and processes in Philips
  • Support, guide and provide subject matter expertise to HR managers, Management team in the countries and recruiters with rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, international mobility practices etc.
  • Ensures that reward program are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements
  • Contributes to the design of rewards policies, processes and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments
  • Drive Sales Incentive plan review and implementation
  • Other than the routine of Rewards locally, you will be involved in defining the Rewards philosophy and set-up to support the business to be successful.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management discipline or equivalent.
  • 8 years of working experience with 5 years of experience in the area of Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits specialization. Highly specialized in Sales Incentive program handling.
  • He/she would have ideally come from a similar MNC/CoE set up and with Consultancy background
  • He/she should be someone who is detailed and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills
