In this role, you have the opportunity to


A Talent Acquisition Optimization Manager will enable the strategic direction of Philips TA by designing a world-class recruitment operation while balancing efficiency and quality. In addition to process- and tooling optimization, he/she will be responsible for the data solutions we need to develop and execute our proactive & data driven advisory services for TA Leadership to continuous improve their supply chain.

You are responsible for

  • Team up closely with local market TA stakeholders to execute and deploy strategic goals and initiatives for China TA team
  • Enhancing the productivity of recruitment team by streamlining recruitment end-to-end process, including but not limited to: ATS improvement, operating model optimization, channel and vendor management
  • Proactively analyzing the recruitment value chain to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the whole recruitment value chain and implement changes
  • Continuously improving current TA tech landscape to meet functional requirements of local end user group
  • Working closely with TA innovation lead in deploying new TA technology by communication and training the end user group
  • Designing and deploying our data driven services and advisory to stakeholders and manage the development of all data solutions to support that
  • Collaborating with cross functions professionals (HR IT, HR SSC, procurement, legal & compliance) to ensure the initiatives and solution are deployed in a compliant way.

You are a part of

A team of specialists with a strong passion for data driven Talent Acquisition and HR Tech that is driving continuous improvement in how we win talent for Philips. We are currently transforming to become more proactive and data driven in our services. We are set up in a geographical hubs with a strong local focus but act as a global scalable team in managing and deploying our programs.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You are proactive and self starting in your role.
  • You have strong consulting and influencing skills.
  • You have experience in project management and change management.
  • You have at least 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition in an international context.
  • You are data savvy and have the ability to interpret Talent Acquisition data and translate that  into an advice and business case.
  • You have a strong affinity and interest in TA technology and process management
  • Excellent Excel skills
