Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Enable the strategic direction of Philips Talent Acquisition (TA) by designing a world-class recruitment operation while balancing efficiency and quality. In addition to keeping abreast of and benchmarking external TA technology landscape, you will be responsible for process and tooling optimization for TA Leadership to continuously improve their talent supply chain.

You are responsible for

  • Engaging TA leaders to identify TA strategies and priorities for mid to long term
  • Teaming up closely with stakeholders to identify gaps between existing and desired TA capabilities where technologies can fulfill
  • Working with stakeholders in TA, HR, HR Information System (HRIS), and IT to plan and create a long-term road map to tackle identified gaps and opportunities 
  • Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to set functional requirements, identify, evaluate, and select existing or external vendors in accordance with Philips guidelines
  • Conducting structured Project Management and Problem-Solving techniques in bringing our initiatives to life
  • Ensuring that projects are managed and deployed in a compliant way, adhering to project timelines and outcomes, including communications and training
  • Tracking all current TA technologies and vendors, understand their efficacy and value (ROI) to determine renewal decisions or initiate new projects
  • Benchmarking external best practices and trends in TA technologies
  • Continuously review and improve the current TA technology landscape to meet functional requirements of local end user group

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You are proactive and self-starting.
  • You have strong consulting and influencing skills.
  • You are a storyteller with great presentation skill.
  • You have a strong command of Chinese and English.
  • You have experience in project management and change management.
  • You have 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (China), and regional/ global experience will be an advantage
  • You have a strong affinity and interest in TA technology and process management.
  • You are savvy with TA data and Processes, able to spot opportunities and build business cases.
