In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive the audience centric marketing planning, translating the market strategy for Health Systems on executional items per customer segment. He/She is responsible to develop the local 24 month marketing planning, ensure localization of key personas based on the market insights and define the local campaign strategy per customer segment together with the BMMs to drive reputation, generate demand, create loyalty and enable sales in the markets across all Healthsystem businesses in the Market.

You are responsible for

Local Marketing Planning

  • Deliver an HS level marketing plan aligned with go-to-market strategy for the key customer segments in the market, and with business and sales priorities based on the portfolio of offerings across clusters resulting in a 24 month Marketing Plan for the Market.
  • Collaborate with Group HS Marketing to deliver inputs into an integrated 24/36 month strategic planning at HS level.
  • Support and collaborate with the BMMs on the Business specific go-to-market and BMC plans and ensure alignment with market priorities and consistency across clusters

Audiences and customer decision journeys

  • Adapt globally created persona and decision journeys based on local market dynamics
  • Review the ecosystem provided by Cluster and adapt based local audience insights

Local Engagement & Campaign Strategy

  • Plan initiatives to engage with customers across all channels (i.e. digital, events, sales enablement etc.) to generate awareness and demand (including launch as a subset of overarching campaigns)
  • Owns the strategic development as well as the continuous optimization of HS demand generation campaigns (digital and offline channels) in collaboration with the Direct to Consumer and Activation Manager under the PH BM&S.
  • Coordinates and supports the HS BM&S and BMMs on the cluster and business specific campaigns.

You are a part of

Health system marketing team. It is the newly created position defined by global central marketing team to align with PBS3.0. Reporting to Solution Marketing and Program Management Leader who base in shanghai campus.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10-15 years of strategic marketing, brand marketing and/or sales experience in customer industry incl. relevant healthcare experience.
  • Experience in managing marketing/commercial function and budgets in a large, complex organization. This experience will include business-to-business models, preferably in a Med- tech, Pharmaceutical or IT environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and developing online and offline customer engagement strategies, including SEO, web analytics, e-Commerce and CRM
  • Affinity Brand Marketing
  • Outstanding communication and presentations skills with executives, internally and externally. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market and across geographies
  • Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports. Champions people’s growth and knows how to build a high functioning team
  • Significant experience in marketing in the technology, healthcare domain, ability to interact with sales organization 
  • Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline) 
  • Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus.    
  • Problem solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean
  • Digital: networking & collaboration, talent scouting, learning, storytelling, data driven decision making, formulating clear vision & strategy, risk taking and adaptability.
