Regional Sourcing Center Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Sourcing Center Specialist is accountable to manage all processes and tools linked to the Procurement organization,  implement and support effective Supplier Performance , manage contracting and risk management.

You are responsible for

1. Manage all operational task fort he Region

  • Ariba S2C ( Drive all tasks from creation to signing)
  • PMT ( Create, manage all steps of PMT)
  • SAP/ OSCAR / Supplier creation and update
  • P2P relationship / support for payement, invoicing issues
  • Drive QlikView reports and support data analytics

2. Lead the preparation of GSRS Survey and prepare key information for the SAM

  • Stakeholder collection
  • Survey emailing, collection
  • Track BRM , action / improvement plan

3. RFQ management

  • Manage E2E RFQ needed by business

4. Fieldglass management :  Manage all future aspect of Fieldglass when used for Statement Of Work ) – Including the SOW process management with Stakeholder, and follow up process

5. Drive compliance, contract and risk management

Conducts assessments to identify and manage critical supplier parameters on a continuous basis covering risk, regulatory compliance , financial exposure and related liabilities  (e and creating corresponding mitigation and contingency plans with business continuity in mind Ensures full compliance regarding sustainability and regulatory requirements Ensures all contracts ( QA, MSA, CNA, ..) are properly managed in contract following defined processes, policies and guidelines  Manages and demands continuously improved quality from supplier and drives clear actions to achieve this

6. Manage the Tail spend, Supply base reduction, drive the spend to the core suppliers

  • Daily Management, spend analytics, tracking of Funnel / TCO to reach the Spend Management KPI

You are a part of

Philips Procurement team, Indirect Material & Services (IMS) organization.

Indirect Materials and Services is part of Philips Procurement managing the indirect spend for Philips as a total via matrixed organization (a Commodity Cluster on the vertical axe and a Market Procurement set up on the horizontal axe, covering all Philips Markets globally). We are on a Perform and Transform journey creating additional value for Philips in general and Procurement more specifically.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

1. 1-2 years of experience in Procurement related areas, ideally with experience in sourcing process, negotiation and bidding.

2. Domain of Microsoft office tools, Excel advanced.

3. Familiar with Ariba, SAP would be a plus.

4. Fluent English Level
