Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage overall solution program which include solution portfolio maintenance, E2E solution readiness process deployment, solution performance monitoring, solution AOP planning coordination.

You are responsible for

GRC Solution Portfolio Maintenance

  • From time to time update GRC solution portfolio according to new solution launch and existing solution phase out.
  • Organize necessary trainings on solution portfolio update to all the relevant parties.

Solution Readiness Process Deployment

  • Own solution readiness process and drive solution readiness execution before new solution launch.
  • Continue to optimize solution readiness process to adapt new environment.
  • Provide necessary training and communication to all the relevant parties who is part of solution readiness check process.

Solution AOP planning and Global Alignment

  • Work closely with solution business managers, modality business managers, solution finance and COP on annual solution AOP and support COP on solution target deployment.
  • Alignment with global BT on solution AOP, together with GRC solution finance BP.

Solution Email Functional Account Management

  • Own solution email functional account and act as gatekeeper on proper use of solution email functional account.

Solution Transformation Program Management

  • Monitor and consolidate China solution transformation key initiatives progress and organize regular review with solution global BT team.
  • Support on solution capability assessment in China 2021.

You are a part of

Philips Market Solution Center team, report to Solution Marketing and Program Leader who base in Shanghai. It needs to work closely with solution business managers, solution finance BP, COP, and BT team in China. This manager is also a contact window of global BT on solution work stream.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10-15 years of strategic marketing, brand marketing and/or sales experience in customer industry incl. relevant healthcare experience.
  • Experience in managing marketing/commercial function and budgets in a large, complex organization. This experience will include business-to-business models, preferably in a Med- tech, Pharmaceutical or IT environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and developing online and offline customer engagement strategies, including SEO, web analytics, e-Commerce and CRM.
  • Affinity Brand Marketing.
  • Outstanding communication and presentations skills with executives, internally and externally. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market and across geographies
  • Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports. Champions people’s growth and knows how to build a high functioning team
  • Significant experience in marketing in the technology, healthcare domain, ability to interact with sales organization 
  • Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline) 
  • Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus.    
  • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean
  • Digital: networking & collaboration, talent scouting, learning, story telling, data driven decision making, formulating clear vision & strategy, risk taking and adaptability.
