You will be responsible to lead a national recruiting team to support Philips Greater China Health Technology to close the Strategic Capability gaps in Research and Development, Integrated Supply Chain Management, Quality and Regulatory, and Procurement etc. You are expected to meet or exceed all established objectives while driving consistency and efficiency across the country

You are responsible for

           Strategic Direction:

  • Represent team’s interest in the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition and ensure successful implementation of strategy
  • Design and develop a cross business & regional recruiting strategy which positions Philips to attract the best available human capital in support of the business objectives
  • Oversee & create an organization and processes that is designed to deliver best in class practices in overall recruiting, contract staffing and outplacement

    Operational & Customer Management:

  • Measure performance of recruiting team to ensure appropriate service delivery to the customers, and to continually drive improvement
  • Develop and manage AOP in accordance with budgeting calendar. Oversee AOP performance throughout the year
  • Manage and coach direct reports. Set targets for team members, monitor progress & coach on performance

    Continuous Improvement:

  • Constantly show customer and candidate centric behavior and always communicate in a clear and timely manner
  • Work actively together with other departments within Philips and Talent Acquisition

  • Cost per hire
  • Contract Staffing: Regional compliance with Managed Service Provider
  • Managing team metrics
  • Act as one TA face towards internal customers. Coordinates all facets of TA (Recruitment, Operations, Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing) to provide seamless TA solutions for our customers

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Talent Acquisition deals with a large variety of activities and different stakeholders, we expect you to be a leader with excellent communication and influencing skills to drive operational excellence and great results
  • Stimulating the team of recruiting professionals to achieve world class recruitment. Deals and anticipate on ever changing labor market dynamics and inadequate forecasting.
  • Develops recruiting processes and services.
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
  • At least 10 years of business experience required in recruiting, including the management of a recruiting function as a sole responsibility.
