Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage as a Sales Supervisor/Team Lead, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a sales section/department/functional area, with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. 

You are responsible for

  •  Receiving assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.

  • Providing guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. 

  • Recommending changes to sales policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).

  • Working on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

  • Following processes  and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. 

  • Acting as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

You are a part of

Philips Ultrasound Sales team, developing sales plan to grow Ultrasound business in North west region of China. You will report to Sales Leader West Zone who base in Chengdu.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree with > 8 years of sales experience in medical device industry;

  •  Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market place with good track record.
