In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manages different functional/competency teams, units and respective budgets within R&D software development focused on shaping and delivering new or upgrading existing software. Selects talent, supervises, coaches and evaluates performance of software development
personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the software development function. Acts as the enabler for the teams, has the responsibility for adoption, success and ongoing improvement of agile development and software development practices. Acts as key liaison with other
functions and organizations outside R&D to drive business results.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typically, 10+ years of software management relevant (leadership + technical) Experience
Used to be a software technical lead in one or more areas: Architecture, BSP, firmware, application development, software quality
