The OEM Business Category Imaging Components offers a unique opportunity for a Business Marketing Manager to shape the Business growth path in the OEM space. We look back to an impressive growth path which we aim to continue by doubling our sales. We are a diverse multinational team which works entrepreneurial across the globe.

You are responsible for

The Product Manager defines business opportunities based on customer insights and translates them into winning value propositions. Owns part of the product portfolio, product and claims roadmaps, and defines commercial specifications for the required products, being co-responsible for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in the market. The Product Manager aligns and works closely with connected Products Managers.

In collaboration with the global Marketing team (MarCom & Product Management)

  • Supports in content creation for press & media work (creation of Chinese datasheets, website content and press releases as well as articles, website)
  • Supports full pre-during-post events activities for Chinese market
  • End to end ownership of social media channel like WeChat to drive followers’ growth and engagement:
  • Create, implement, and roll out attention grabbing social media content
  • Oversee community management and leverage best-practices
  • Supports to manage preferred agency relationships in China
  • Ensures Brand consistency and delivery in all investments
  • Works in accordance and ensures compliance with defined Philips processes.

  • Interact with various disciplines including Innovation, R&D departments, manufacturing units or external suppliers, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales organizations.
  • Customer and Market Insights across all clinical modalities in scope of the Dunlee strategy: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the insights are funneled into winning concepts/ clear product specifications for the international product management community
  • Contributes to business development activities

You are a part of

You will be part of the OEM Business Category Imaging Components marketing team that is responsible for Upstream Marketing and New Product Development and Launch of our components proposition as well as Downstream Marketing, Digital and Communication.  This position is based in Suzhou, China or Pune, India and you will report to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Education

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.

Experience

  • More than 3 years’ experience in the field of downstream marketing activities including social media, events and content creation.
  • More than 3 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management; ideally in a high-tech environment and B2B environment
  • Imaging system and component background or relevant utilization and workflow experience
  • Experience with definition of value propositions
  • Preference for proven track record with global brands in Healthcare market
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.

Personal Qualities

  • Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach to product creation
  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
  • Broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to collaborate with local and global marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to interact with executives and top managers as well as customers and colleagues on all levels of the organization.
  • Solid spoken and written English skills
