The OEM Business Category Imaging Components offers a unique opportunity for a Product Manager MR Coils to shape the Business growth path in the OEM space. You are responsible for

The Product Manager defines business opportunities based on customer insights and translates them into winning value propositions. Owns part of the product portfolio, product and claims roadmaps, and defines commercial specifications for the required products, being co-responsible for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in the market. The Product Manager aligns and works closely with connected Products Managers.

  • Drive definition, development and introduction of the products
  • Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness as part of PDLM. Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)
  • Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations
  • Translate in-depth market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning concepts/ clear product specifications for the release train, in such a way that in short, mid and long term a sound business result can be achieved
  • Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.
  • Interact with various disciplines including Innovation, R&D departments, manufacturing units or external suppliers, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales organizations.

You are a part of

You will be part of the OEM Business Category Imaging Components marketing team that is responsible for Upstream Marketing and New Product Development and Launch of our components proposition as well as Downstream Marketing, Digital and Communication.  This position is based in Suzhou, China, you will report to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record, Master degree is preferred


  • More than 3 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management; ideally in a high-tech environment and B2B environment
  • MR system and component background or relevant MR system utilization and workflow experience
  • Experience with definition of value propositions
  • Experience with product development and working in a R&D environment
  • Preference for proven track record with global brands in Healthcare market
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.

  • Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach to product creation
  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
  • Broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to collaborate with local and global marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to interact with executives and top managers as well as customers and colleagues on all levels of the organization.
  • Solid spoken and written English skills
