In this role, you have the opportunity to

Build a high growth business that will help drive Philips Domestic Appliance China business, while advancing Philips digital transformation.

You are responsible for

The MI&A will be an leadership role in Domestic Appliance who bring expertise on consumer insights and data analytic skills to the organization, with responsibilities of,

  • Taking a key leadership role, leading a 5-6 members on marketing intelligence and analytics, holding responsibility for day-to-day control of consumer insight and business intelligence related activities for assigned BMC and BCC; data consolidation and analytic competence center for both sales/marketing performance;

  • Develop methodologies and execute consumer insights projects with a strong understanding of an array of techniques across proposition development from insights and product ideation methods to pricing, communications and in-market evaluation;

  • Develop data tracking methodologies, report framework and insights sharing process and execute data driven insights projects with a strong understanding of an array of techniques across varying data sources on eco-system, focusing on but no limited to big data provided by JD/Ali;

  • Ensure the integrity and correct interpretation of all CMI information;

  • Identifies actions to tap into identified Growth opportunities for the existing business;

  • Influences actions based on performance measurement to drive penetration and market share outperformance.

  • Consolidate market info and analyze market trend/share info

You are a part of

You will report to marketing leader, Philips Domestic Appliance and collaborate with other teams including BMC, Digital marketing, E-commerce, Sales etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10+ years’ experience of CMI leadership in multinational companies, Big data related CMI functions with JD/Ali data insight and analytic experience is highly preffered. Both industry and service/consultancy background will be considered.

  • Proven visible impact on business results. Ability to translate business challenges into business questions, learning plans, research designs, analysis and obtaining actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in Brand research, Communication development, Innovation, shopper and retailer actionable insights and research agency management.

  • Proven marketing insights specialist within a highly successful retail or digital environment;

  • Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Business, Computer Science, Communication or related disciplines preferred.

  • Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
