Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Facilitate the implementation and support of Philips cardio-vascular/oncology/radiology/connected care solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

You are responsible for

  • Lead integrated solution selling E2E process, to achieve annual solution OIT, solution sales target of Philips RI/CI/CCI/OI solution, with deep insights of the market and capable to provide strategic and customized solution to meet the needs of customer. 
  • Dig out customer pain point and architect suitable solution with professional design and effective cost to enhance the customers’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and evaluate solution selling plans and criteria; provides direction and leadership and teamwork for solution development, Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the customer and recommend/develop solutions to meet the customer need. 
  • Consolidate and present solution proposal for customer, and lead two way communication with customer and Philips team.
  • Teamwork with Commercial Sales/SBM/BMM/PSD in solution business design and Implementations, providing professional communication, guidance, presentation, and instruction on solution to customer. 
  • Collect market trend and government policy for SBM/BMM solution creation and business strategy setup.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in I.T, biomedical, medical or related field
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Experience and knowledge of cross imaging modality
  • Business knowledge and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills and continuous self-development and learning willingness and capability
  • Able to collaborate with internal functions and external clients, and have a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to travel when required
