Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to 

Collaborate with product sales team to help potential customer better understand product features & benefits and service to customers' particular needs which makes difference among competition. 

You are responsible for 

  • Leading and re-build sales team
  • Leading team to win back Market Share
  • Expanding the coverage to better serve clients by leading team follow by pvt. strategy
  • Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improve contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions 
  • Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and support national promotions.  
  • Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation 

You are a part of 

The private hospital sales team where your professional work will be highly valued and recognized. You will report to National Private Sales Lead and collaborate with product sales team to achieve the sales target. 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 

  • Bachelor degree; 
  • 6+ years’ experience in healthcare industry; 
  • Knowledge on competitor’s product and technology; 
  • Understanding on market trend and customer needs; 
  • Good presentation, selling and communication skills; 
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
