In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy;
  • work with the Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches
  • Also support and coach the Solution Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.

You are responsible for

  • Marketing Plan and Execution
  • Supporting the Market lead innovation Solution Marketing Leader in creating the Marketing Plan for the Market by providing Business specific Customer Insights  and the Business Strategy
  • Driving the Business specific execution of the Market lead innovation Plan
  • Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader <PD, IGT, CC> (products, services, and solutions)
  • Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business
  • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services

  • Perfect NPI
  • Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief)
  • Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
  • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the GC strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy

  • Marketing Sales Support
  • Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis
  • Creates localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing operations.
  • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Point of contact and “go to” resource for sales and clinical application specialist for (pre-)sales support
  • Supporting the Market lead innovation Solution Marketing Leader and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects
