Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Build Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) capabilities by undertaking challenging roles in production planning team, especially to support production planning execution in Blue Heart new systems

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the digital transformation across the ISC;
  • Identifying opportunities for improving processes that have a tangible impact on business performance and partner with stakeholders to understand current challenges and implement solutions to address them;
  • Using data-driven analytical rigor and/or six sigma and/or lean expertise to accurately identify issues that lead to sub-optimal performance and their root causes;
  • Engaging actively in Learning & Development program, mentoring/coaching sessions, and the ISC community;
  • Reviewing jointly performance and rotation period with line manager and program manager;
  • Acting as ambassador for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Early Professional Program and actively participate in identifying new rotation and landing positions as well as recruitment activities for future participants.
  • Responsible for production planning by following:
  • Managing the quality of planning related master data in close cooperation with NPI/LCM and TPS team
  • Generate and confirm W+1 daily production plan based on delivery request from supply planning team and materials & production capacity pre-information and labor resource
  • Follow up daily production plan status and coordinate plan change on time in case any issues happen
  • SAP system issues follow up and raise call to IT team for support
  • Related KPIs monitoring and following up, responsible for weekly OPS report and monthly internal S&OP deck

You are a part of

production planning team, the production planner is in charge of a final and feasible production planning based on all the resources availability, follow up production status and coordinate plan change on time in case any issue happens during production, on time delivery to fulfil customer request, and ensure industrial productivity even with the dynamic market demand.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or above, ,major Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent discipline is preferred
  • Maximum 2 years of work experience (0-2 years’ Early Professionals)
  • Interested or experienced in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
  • Digital savvy, good knowledge of data analysis and interpretation for informed decisions
  • Required competencies: High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards
  • Good (fluent) verbal and written Chinese and English skills are required
  • Know production planning concept and logic
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office software and SAP system
