The Senior Product Manager – Services and Solutions is the pivotal marketing role for Image Guided Therapy (IGT), Customer Services and solutions team. The role drives the creation and localization of complete Point of sale (POS) and Lifecycle services from idea to market. You are accountable for defining, launching and building profitable services and solutions that innovate and extend to our current service portfolio.

As Sr. Product Manager, Services and Solutions, you will work closely with all the business functions (Marketing, Finance, Design, Markets, Operations, Q&R and R&D) and drive the creation of commercial solutions from idea to market. “5 Pillar” framework defines the type of services and solutions that are built on deep customer insights and address key customer pain points across the health continuum (focus on Treatment). The solution may include (but not limited to) all possible combination services spanning across “Plan

& Design”, “Implement & Integrate”, “Monitor & Optimize”, “Prevent & Maintain” and “Secure & Upgrade” services.

You are responsible for

As Sr. Product Manager, Services & Solutions, you will drive the definition, requirements, development, and introduction of winning solutions for the Greater china market for Image Guided Therapy Systems, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value while performing minimal invasive cardiovascular procedures. By working in close alignment with customers, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offering.

•Owns the IGT Services and Solutions roadmap (for Greater China IGTS business). Local for Local initiatives and globalization of

such initiatives is a big part of the local Greater China roadmap.

•Defines the Greater China value proposition based on market- and customer insights, including supporting claims, pricing

strategy, offer design, target customers and markets.

•Drives the development and delivery of new propositions in cooperation with key customers, markets and internal stakeholders

(esp. Executives, Marcom, Customer Service, Clinical Specialist, Regulatory Affairs and R&D)

•Ensures that Services & Solutions proposition plans are integrated with planning of other disciplines, like R&D, Manufacturing

•Define the launch- and channel strategy and drive the local execution in collaboration with the local markets.

•Coordinate and set value-based pricing across the portfolio to ensure profitable growth

•Work with local Greater China marketing team and the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new

product/solution/services launch)

•Set up post market introduction studies to gather evidence on the market performance of our products and its intended use vs

business case and budget. (order intake, funnel development, price realization, sales)

You will work in a highly motivated team with team members and markets across the globe. In the marketing team you will work with other

Product Managers, Program Managers, Performance Managers and a customer experience manager. The team operates in an open

atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various

stakeholders. The work location is Shanghai, China.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Education

•Business degree in Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.

Experience

•At least 10 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management; ideally in a high tech environment or Healthcare industry

•Experience with product development (stated gate) and product launches in china market is a must.

•Preference for proven track record with global brands in Healthcare market

•Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

•Excellence communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must.

•Experience with LEAN is desirable.
