In this role, you have the opportunity to


Develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio, the associated products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy and works with the Clusters and Businesses to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.


You are responsible for


  • Providing extend warranty service product and market opportunities with quantified data
  • Identifying and evaluating extend warranty service product and propose additions to product portfolio
  • Providing an annual tactical extend warranty service marketing plan
  • Providing customer feedback on existing p extend warranty service product on a quarterly basis
  • Analyzing competitive extend warranty service product strategies and provide feedback to the BG / BU
  • Managing the New Product Introduction and determine local product portfolio and pricing
  • Developing and implement marketing strategies and plans including BU specific promotional activities and other marketing investment
  • Achieve the extend warranty service product target
  • Building a network with professional associations and luminaries
  • Deploying extend warranty service product pricing and positioning
  • Communicate with Global team

You are a part of


Marketing team, the significant role in commercial team, where your professional and clinical support will be highly valued and recognized. You will report to S&SD Marketing Director and collaborate with sales team to achieve the sales target.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience要想在这个职位上取得成功,你应该具备以下技能和经验

  • Bachelor’s degree and >5 years of industry experience
  • Experience in Equipment Sales or marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
  • Has a broad knowledge of products and services within the scope
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external parties including executive leadership, partners and key opinion leaders
