In this role, you have the opportunity to
Advanced Clinical validation Engineers make sure that we deliver the right product to our user to meet their exception .
Work as a clinical role in the R&D to support product definition, review use requirement and build design conception together with R&D. Review the design and protocol at early stage from clinical view. Help to finish clinical evaluation for clinical claims and needs. Build the validation protocol and traceability to the user requirement. Work as validation engineer to test the system, deliver validation report. Support Risk management, defect review and complaint handling activities.
You are responsible for
Review user requirement for new product introduction projects
Work as story teller in R&D to support product development, couch the R&D engineer for product development
Support design review and clinical evaluation
Create Request for Change and defects and monitor the status
Build clinical validation test scenario and traceability to user requirements
Support RMM/FMEA/Usability activities as clinical role
Test new features at early stage from user point of view and provide solution suggest
Support FoKs of projects after product release
Support life cycle management and IB issue solution
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the China Clinical Validation Leader, with Philips Clinical science team as your key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or higher level in Radiology/Radiography/Medical physics/Radiotherapy
Master or equivalent level in Biomedical Engineering
At least 3 -4 years of experience as clinical personal in medical device company or healthcare facility for the role of:
Clinical application trainer
Clinical study Specialist
Has an in-depth understanding of the medical imaging system application for at least one modality
Have experience with medical imaging device develop process or work experience with imaging systems
Knowledge in imaging product principles.
Good oral English and communication skill.
Driving of divergence, convergence and consolidation
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese.
Equipped with reasonable medical imaging diagnosis knowledge and/or with the workflow of imaging collection and diagnosis. Regulation of hospital also needed
