As the E2E product owner and quality improvement champion to handle the field escalations, complaints, production continuity, design change improvements to drive the product excellence and better serve our customers.
Listen to the voice of customer and understand the field issue. Accumulate MRI technical knowledge from real cases, drive the failure mode discussion, root cause analysis, and provide the solutions.
You are responsible for
Participate in working for high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions globally.
Lead product life cycle of the MR Performance & Value Products.
Accelerating life cycle management strategy of the product reach to defined quality norm on Complaint Rate, CoNQ, DEFOA and FPY, etc.
Implement proactive actions to drive hot issues / risks investigation and provide solutions to resolve.
Develop insightful data driven recommendations and actions.
Maintain a strong and open network with internal and external stakeholders.

You are part of the MR R&D LCM leadership team, working globally as the E2E product owner for product life cycle of the MR Performance & Value Products. You are driving the product quality improvement and customer satisfaction by handling customer feedback, system troubleshooting, production stability, and proactively engineering change.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
5+ years expertise in MR industry
Experienced in medical product development procedures and Life cycle management
Strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork
Organized and disciplined
Professional English language skill
