Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Pre-screens complex orders. Analyzes the order in SAP based on the commercial catalog with data from the technical catalog. Imagines what the customer wants to do with the system.

You are responsible for

  • To take care of the order intake from Key Markets and in close collaboration with other groups manages the customer specific configuration and shipment of these configurations to the hospitals, located all over the world
  • PSI (Production-Sales-Inventory) focuses on sales & operations planning.  It aims to balance the sales to customers with production capacities of the involved factories to maximize sales recognition with lowest possible inventory levels.  
  • Realize Complete & On time deliveries to the Key markets/end –customers
  • Solve issues and anticipate on potential issues in  close  collaboration  with  the  Key  markets, other external parties and BU internal. 
  • Manage Production-Sales-Inventory cycle
  • Drive process improvements in Order Fulfillment processes
  • Responsible for SD, PP transactions in SAP
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

You are a part of

  • A part of integrated supply chain team abridging factory and commercial team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Excellent English
  • Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill
  • 5years experiences with order fulfillment management, production planning , Inventory management, and logistics analysis
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership
  • Strong PC and SAP system skilled
  • Strong PC and SAP system skilled
  • Organized and disciplined
