In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the regional Philips University Learning Partner and Academies in coordinating, planning and organizing learning programs, which can be e-courses, virtual learning programs or class room training programs. You will be responsible for managing all elements of session management in the Learning Management System in order to ensure quality control of session delivery and financial administration, including the creation of shopping carts, invoice control and financial reporting. You will also perform as Level 2 escalation for all Learners and Line Managers requests and queries.
You are responsible for
Support the deployment of classroom and online training
Work according to GLS processes and service delivery model for Tier 2 and Tier 3
Manage intake and output of Philips learners, line and HR managers on learning cases and queries via the standard case management system in PPS in line with PPS service level agreement.
Partner with Tier 1 (as appropriate) in the review/development of FAQs and appropriate training to improve “first contact resolution rate.”
Schedule high volume of class sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Constant communication in regards to logistics of classes with the venue, internal or external trainers.
Booking of external venue, communicate with other Philips sites to reserve training rooms, catering, etc.
Perform invoice control and ensure all actual costs are recorded in the LMS properly.
Work closely with the regional Learning Hub team to manage custom training solutions that require a high level of experience working with external vendors, training venues, materials, financials and high visibility to management.
Create purchase order requests for learning and venue vendors
Vendor Invoice Management – review, approval of vendor invoices. Communicate and coordinate with vendors.
Perform User Acceptance Testing activities as part of the change and release management process, managed by the global learning solutions team.
Identify areas for improvement in process and customer service and suggest improvements to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

A virtual team of approximately 12 Learning Administration Specialists, who are based in the PPS Asia Centers, delivering support to the learners of the countries that are in scope of the PPS Asia Center. You report to the PPS Asia Contact Center Manager and functionally to the Global Learning Solutions Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education level: Vocational level plus
Fluent in English (both verbally and written) and Japanese is a good add-on
Strong customer orientation and service driven mentality
Excellent intercultural communication skills, ability to engage at various levels within the organization
Flexible team player and proactively focused on results
Strong hands-on and can-do mentality
Ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple individuals
Project oriented approach to work with a strong focus on results
Strong Organizational/Administrative Skills
