Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Lead and focus on data model creation, governance, analysis and reporting for G. China ISC team.

  • Own solid experiences in data model design, and executive level reporting.

  • Act as a trusted partners to cross-functional teams, e.g. finance, COPs, and sales & marketing, to provide insights on supply chain and customer projects to management team.

You are responsible for

Strategic data management:

Lead data analytics governance (design and construction of data architecture and flow) in ISC team

Create and optimize common data asset including framework, template, guideline, etc.

Come up with clear and solid data mark to support daily, performance and business analysis

Work with ISC digitalization team and IT team to develop and maintain master database and dashboard for data related to “order to cash” process

Data analysis to support daily management:

Create and optimize daily management tool to support sales forecasting & performance tracking following requirements from company end-to-end process and project management guideline

Identify opportunities and risks of “order to cash” process thru daily analysis and create report to track order/project progress

Cooperate with cross functional teams to execute business plan and drive day-to-day operation to realize financial target

Business analytics & insights generation:

Lead the team to conduct data analysis and simulations to provide data driven insights to senior leadership

Conduct analysis and report on root cause identification, planning simulation and solution deep dive

Utilize both local and global data and create modeling to identify opportunities of improvement related to ISC projects and “order to cash” processes

People management & team development:

Foster analytics capability of ISC team to elevate data management maturity, analytical skillset, and business sense

Drive transformation and mindset change towards data-driven supply chain operations

You are a part of

Philips ISC/CFC team. You will report to S&OP and integrated planning Leader, HS GC CFC who base in Shanghai.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher, major in commercial business, Economic, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or Supply Chain Management.

  • 8 years of supply chain experience with data governance and ERP and planning systems.

  • Experience in formulating planning & executing transformative/continuous improvement projects.

  • Preferably with experiences in medical equipment industry.

  • Proven experience in managing a team with high performance and efficiency.

  • Be able to master MS office (e.g., Excel) and other statistical analytics and database tools (Access, SQL).

  • Knowledge and usage experience of Qlik Sense or Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details with ability to extract deep insights and generate presentable reports

  • Good command of oral & written English.

  • Broad knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain Management/Operations.

  • Experience/knowledge on project management is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, engage and coach colleagues.

  • Experience in engaging with senior management is a plus.

  • Business Acumen & result-driven.

  • Ability to tie analytic result to business value and improvement
