The Center of Excellence Business Continuity & Resilience (CoE BCR) is an important capability for Operations / Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in HealthTech for the delivery of the Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program, which entails Sites, Business Groups, Markets and Functions. The main challenge of the Global Senior Business Continuity Officer - Greater China (GRC) is to increase organization resilience and maintain customer satisfaction, by delivering service and support with the implementation of global business continuity, and to enable to continue the delivery of products and services at acceptable predefined levels, in time of disruption for all entities part of the GRC area. The Global Senior Business Continuity Officer - GRC is the linking pin between different entities, connecting the dots, and identifying best practices and lessons learned that are beneficial for other entities. You will share knowledge about Business Continuity and Risk Management, actively support and challenge the local Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams to ensure effectiveness of their local BCMS.
